Here's what you need to take these courses over the Internet:

  • Broadband Internet connection (DSL/Cable or higher)
  • Sound
  • Macromedia Flash player v.7
  • Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher
  • Javascript and cookies enabled

Volume corporate accounts can install behind their firewall and link to an LMS. All courses are SCORM compliant.

These courses are probably unlike any e-learning you've done before. They're not linear - YOU decide how to use the tools and resources to learn the material and pass the challenges.

We know people bring different backgrounds, learn at different rates of speed, and want different learning experiences - the FCF suite lets you tailor the courses to the way YOU want to learn.

And because salespeople are busy, each course has a Fast Track section that tells you the quickest way through to success.

That's why the time estimates vary, because people vary:

  • Intro and getting familiar with the suite - 10-20 minutes
  • Course A - Trigger Events - 55-160 minutes
  • Course B - Finding Company Info - 65-195 minutes
  • Course C - Finding Contact Info - 45-90 minutes
  • On To Your Life: Take what you've learned and prep-and-go - 20-45 minutes (comes free with Course B)

Course A - Trigger Events

Course B - Find Business Info

Make the Internet scream. Quickly find companies who fit your trigger-event profile - which means they're ready to buy! Use our tips and techniques to zip right to the important pages, with business info that'll help you find better prospects - or get in the door with the ones you have.

This course has lots of real-life sales examples and simulated searches to help make learning easy.

This is the only course with a prerequisite: you need Course A first to build your trigger-event profile.

Course C - Find Contact Info

Now, find a good person to contact at the company you want to sell to. This course makes it easy. Also find virtually anyone's email address!

Or if you already have contact names and you just need to find email addresses and phone numbers, this could be the only course you need.
